Heavily depends on whether you want a trackpad or not, as this one does not. This is really more comparable to the Smart Folio Keyboard than the Magic Keyboard. Not sure which Logitech version you are referring to.
The biggest issue I see with the Magic Keyboard is not being able to use it with a case. I love that the Zagg allows for a quick connection to the keyboard, but also allows for a protective case when not using the keyboard - big deal for me given the pricepoint of the iPad!

They actually seem to have a new version with a track pad too. Haven't seen it in real life.
