This doesn't seem like a deal, more like an inflated price that's marked down.
Can't comment on this product, but every electric hot pad or blanket I've purchased in the last decade has eventually been subject to recall. You do need to be careful with these products as they are cheaply made and a fire hazard. Very comfy and warm though 🥰
Possibly-- but it is the best deal I could find on one if you need one now--and a lot of people responded to the previous $30 deal at Target but the company who produced the throw for Target was little-known and the reviews not at all good so people abstained.
I trust Sunbeam. I get their heating pads and never had a problem. Plus you get a generous Walmart return policy--or you can pay, I think, $3, for an extended replacement plan.
Hope that info helps in decision-making.

This has been my experience as well. Failed within the warranty period, started an RMA and it took almost a year to get replacement. Had to continually hound them for it and Sunbeam and as we were approaching a year, they offered to replace my normal gray blanket with "the only one that was available," I was like fine just send it to me. Received this crazy leopard print blanket....

I've had same problem. Ordered a Walmart slick deal on some patio chairs a few months back that have not shipped. It sucks
