Only U.S.–issued Dillard's American Express® Cards are eligible. You must use your Dillard's Card to complete the transaction. Offer is non-transferable. Offer valid only on a "qualifying purchase," which means one purchase with your Card totaling $60 (purchase minus returns or credits) made in a calendar month at U.S. grocery stores on or before February 28, 2023. Grocery purchases at warehouses and membership clubs, convenience stores, meal-kit delivery services, and superstores that sell groceries may not be coded by American Express as grocery stores and may not qualify for this offer. You must spend a minimum of $60 in one qualifying purchase by the last day of each calendar month during the offer period to be considered eligible for a $40 Rewards Certificate. Limit of 1 Rewards Certificate per cardholder per monthly spend and a total of 3 Rewards Certificates (for up to 3 months of monthly minimum spend, total of $120) per cardholder per offer period. Purchases count towards this offer when they are posted to your account and may fall outside of the offer period in some cases due to a delay in merchants submitting transactions to us or if the purchase date differs from the date you made the transaction (e.g., the purchase date for online orders may be the shipping date). Rewards Certificates will be delivered with your statement within 90 days after the end of the promotion. Rewards Certificates may be revoked if the qualifying purchase is returned or canceled.
