Found this deal on Big and Tall Chair from Amazon. Amazon says the price is marked down from $309 which is BS. Checked the model number on Walmart, Staples and Office Depot and the prevailing price seems to be $199-$269 Doesn't have the highest quality ratings but for a Big and Tall chair it's a pretty good price. You're not going to get real leather for this price.

Thanks for the deep dive on the chair. I bought it today as I'm working remotely quite a bit now. Bonded leather is just crappy material but I think a similar leather chair would cost well over $1000

Reminds me of the La-Z-Boy Manager's Char at Costco, I'd rather get that one and in 5 years if the leather peels off I can return it.

I have this chair, the back and arms are fine. The seat goes flat after a few months I have a small cushion, I might look for a bigger one.
