YMMV and depends on how good your local dealer is willing to work with you. The response I have from mine is to wait till Jan 1 to get a quote and the OTD. Some of the rebates mentioned in the link are valid till Jan 3. So the above price is achievable if you take delivery between Jan 1 and Jan 3. Please post any responses that you receive from your local dealers here. At 18k this is a screaming deal. Hope folks are able to pull this off.

Could someone help with what this price would probably be for the 2LT? It seems the car is about 32k around the LA area. If I traded in my car for 6k (guessing), how much after all fees/taxes/etc would it be?

I haven't bought a car since 2014 and paid cash for it

Nobody is getting a Bolt for $18,100. At best you might get one for just under $30K.

Why is the 2023 model cheaper than the 2022 model?

Happy with my 2023 Bolt EUV. They pay for you to install a 240V charger in your house. It takes only 4 hours for me. Buy a Android AI Box and then you will have Infotainment better then any Tesla. Winter time I get 200mi and warmer temps I get 250+ mi.
Give us the details that matter, how much you paid, how the car is doing, etc. etc. etc....

I know you weren't asking for a response, more a social commentary but I can't help myself Wink

And so what? Who cares what anybody else thinks? If you're keeping up with the Joneses or caring about someone else's opinion, you're adulting wrong. I want to retire as early as possible with the most amount of money possible invested in the right areas, so given our income,
Tesla Y-priced vehicles will never be in our financial plan unless we win the lottery big time!
My neighbors were seriously confused when I put an addition, a pool and now redoing my kitchen and not refinancing.

I explained that I have a 2014 Ford Fusion plug in that I bought used (off lease) and only put gas in twice a year. I also don't buy expensive clothes (which they all wear) and buy clearance outlet clothing.

I also explained that I don't have expensive sporting tickets. Meanwhile I look down the street and I see new Durango's, navigators, Yukon Denali etc. I love spending on my things and they like clothes/cars.

Just different choices...but I also enjoy saving..I do almost all the work on my house and lawn myself so it saves me a ton.

It's kinda entertaining to watch all these idiots buy electric vehicles when the cost of electric has doubled in cost in the last year or so. I was paying 6.8 cents per kWh. It's now above 14 cents….
Umm gas has done the same...I also have solar panels that I installed about 11 years ago and still going strong. Even if I were paying 100% more for electric that a few years ago I'd still be cheaper than an econobox ice engine (Corolla for example).

I have the 2019. I LOVE my car. Great acceleration, range, and just fun to drive, besides more than paying for itself in the gas $ I'm saving.

Unless they've made changes to the way this thing charges, you might want to opt for the fast charging option. We had a 2019 model and it was painfully slow to charge without it -- I think it was 4 miles/hour of charge. This coupled with the infamous battery recalls made me glad we got rid of it.
Either you had the worst salesmen ever, or you did zero research on your car. GM literally installs a 240V Level 2 charger for you for free with the purchase of a Bolt now. 2019's were able to charge (at home) at roughly 20+ miles every hour if you had the proper circuit run.

You used a basic 120V level 1 charger, the same 4 miles per hour you complain about would apply to literally ANY other ev out there. Good job on not understanding anything about the car you bought, and blaming others for things you are too lazy to understand.

The thing that kills me about the GM dealers is that they are allowed to list sold vehicles as "Available Now" online. Such a farce.

Found what I thought was an available vehicle. I reach out and they say "Oh that is sold, but you can order one." No, no no no! LOL

For those not into EVs...why did you click on a thread about EVs? Just to troll?

From a deals perspective, which is why we're all here, if replicable, sounds like an amazing deal.
