1.) They used to steal customers' unused balances. Maybe they still do, idk.
2.) I placed an order years ago for a gift card. After 2 weeks it didnt ship, so I called them. They told me that my order was cancelled, despite never receiving an order cancellation email, because they couldn't VERIFY MY IDENTITY through the phone number I provided. I provided my google voice phone number for the order. They said because they couldn't verify my identity through one of the four main cell phone providers (Verizon, AT&T, Sprint, T-mobile) that they refused to sell to me.
