None of the reviews are for Steam Deck. Looks like the company changed the listing to focus on Steam Deck instead of a generic dock.
This is just a fat ass brick.

You can get an actual dock for $10 more by the same company that does 4k60.

This is correct.

That said, it's actually a very well-rounded travel dock/hub especially for the price right now. I'd buy this if I needed a travel hub.

But these poor folks competing with themselves when they have an actual dock with stand for only 10 bucks more breaks my capitalist heart.

And the 4k60 one was $34.99 and came with 2 extra stands. Jumped on that SlickDeal exactly 30 days ago.

JSAUX site will give you a 10% off first order code if you linger a bit. Seems they have the same discounts as amazon before coupon too.

I am so confused by these USB-C docks. So many of them say 100W Power Delivery but then they have a picture showing 100W in and 85W out to the device. To me, that is 85W power delivery. This particular one does not show the 85W power to the laptop in the picture. Does anyone know if that means this one actually DOES deliver 100W of power?

Example of Anker's "100W power delivery" dock:

It takes 100W max, but it has to power the dock and its ports. So this one takes 15W for the dock itself, and the remainder powers the laptop.

Are you trying to output more from your Steam Deck?

Edit: The downvotes from people who know I am right but cannot articulate why there are mad. LOL...who is outputting 4K at 60hz from a Steam Deck.

For you are looking to save a few bucks and don't need Ethernet this has served me well for my Steam Deck. Pretty no frills yet still provides power and only costs $16 after coupon.

This JSAUX is pretty sweeet though, especially with the onboard cord / adapter storage.

The problem with these types of hubs is the non-removable cable. Not only are they usually too short, but the wire can be broken with no option to replace it.

Those are all very true statements but I'd rather have them handy (if not paying extra compared to a similar product) than to not have them at all. Like a 'donut' in your car, better to have that than nothing but probably not what you'd want to rely on by default.
