Not too shabby of a deal especially if you can't find the Costco one with the Nvidia RTX 3060 Ti. Obviously the memory and Hard drive are a bit underwhelming, but those are easy upgrades over time.

Yeah that's what I was thinking, adding an addl. 8 GB memory would make it $1200.

No, not at all. Userbenchmark is not a reliable source of performance data. Tom's Hardware provides a good gpu hierarchy chart that gives you a generalized idea of performance based on legit testing:

The RX 6700XT is roughly equivalent to the Nvidia RTX 3070 and bests the 3060ti.
