Entries must be received by Sponsors before February 27, 2023 at 11:00 P.M. PT

Open only to permanent, legal United States residents who are physically residing in one (1) of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia (excluding Puerto Rico, Guam, the Virgin Islands and other United States territories), who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older, and of the age of majority in their state of residence as of the start of the Sweepstakes Period.

Limit nine (9) Entries per person during the entire Sweepstakes Period.

On or about March 3, 2023, nine (9) potential winners (collectively "Winners", each a "Winner") will be selected in a random drawing

PRIZE: There will be nine (9) prizes awarded (collectively, "Prizes", each a "Prize") to the Winners; one (1) Prize will be awarded to each Winner. Each Prize will consist of a trip for Winner and up to three (3) guests ("Guests", each a "Guest") to Las Vegas, NV ("Trip"). Each Trip will include the following: (a) roundtrip air transportation for Winner and Guests from a major airport located within the United States near Winner's place of residence (as selected in Sponsors' sole discretion) to a major airport located in Las Vegas, NV; (b) two (2) nights' hotel accommodations for Winner and Guests in one (1) Pyramid Two Queen room at Luxor Hotel and Casino, located at 3900 S. Las Vegas Boulevard, Las Vegas, NV 89119 (as selected in Sponsors' and/or Prize Provider's sole discretion) ("Luxor Hotel"); (c) roundtrip transfers for Winner and Guests in Las Vegas, NV between the airport and Luxor Hotel; (d) five hundred dollars ($500) spending money; and (e) four (4) tickets for Winner and Guests to attend the America's Got Talent Las Vegas Live show, scheduled to take place on various dates and at various times between March 4, 2023 and October 31, 2023 at the Luxor Theater, located at Luxor Hotel ("Event"). It is each Winner's responsibility to select a hotel stay that includes a date on which the Event is scheduled. Prize does not include incidental charges, extras, and/or gratuities. Prize does not include alcohol. Additional restrictions may apply. Reservations are subject to availability. Reservations must be made at least two weeks prior to scheduled check-in date. Prize is subject to blackout dates, including holiday days, and other dates as determined in Sponsors' and/or Prize Provider sole discretion. Prize is subject to certain terms and conditions as specified by issuer. Restrictions may apply. PRIZE DOES NOT INCLUDE ACCOMMODATIONS, PARKING, OR TRANSPORTATION BEYOND THAT SPECIFIED ABOVE. Winner will be required to present a major valid credit card at the time of check-in to cover incidentals and fees/services not included in the Prize. All elements of the Prize must be used in the same stay. All meals, beverages, gratuities, expenses, taxes, and any other incidentals not listed above are not part of the Prize and are the sole responsibility of the Winner. Certain restrictions may apply to the Prize. The Prize may not be sold, redeemed for cash, traded, transferred, or rescheduled except in Prize Provider's sole and absolute discretion. Prize Provider reserves the right to substitute the Prize element(s) with a prize or element of comparable retail value should the original Prize or element be unavailable, regardless of reason. The seat types and locations for any show will be determined in Prize Provider's sole discretion. No changes may be made by any Winner (or his/her guest) to prize details once any portion of arrangements has been made. Prize Provider is not responsible for changes in schedule of any element of the Prize. PRIZES ARE AWARDED "AS IS" AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.

If Winner chooses to partake in any portion of the Prize with fewer than three (3), or no Guest, the remaining elements of Prize shall constitute full satisfaction of Sponsors' Prize obligation to Winner and no additional compensation will be awarded. Each Guest, if any, may be required to execute and return releases of liability and, where legal, publicity releases (collectively, "Guest Documents"), which must be returned with the Sweepstakes Documents, or Guest portion of the Prize will be forfeited. If any Guest is a minor, Winner or one of the other Guests must be such minor's parent or legal guardian and must execute and return the Guest Documents on minor's behalf. Guests must be at least five (5) years of age or older to attend the Event.

Estimated Retail Value ("ERV") of each Prize is four thousand seven hundred eighty-five dollars ($4,785). ERV of all Prizes is forty-three thousand sixty-five dollars ($43,065). Actual Retail Value ("ARV") of Prize may vary. Any difference between ERV and ARV will not be awarded. If Prize includes a Trip, ARV may vary based on, among other things, availability, existing rates at time of booking, dates of travel, and point of departure. For any Prize with a fair market value ("FMV") of six hundred dollars ($600) or greater, Sponsors will furnish an Internal Revenue Service Form 1099 to Winner for the FMV of Prize for the year in which Prize was made available to Winner.
