I know that sucks! But tbh I feel like I barely get rewards as a non credit card holder but I personally feel as if free shipping offsets it.

This is actually a winner for those who DONT regularly shop there. They even get to save more $ on the spot as a perk versus needing to spend $250 to get a measly perk of $5 reward certificate.

Immediate dividend is what I'm talking about.

Free shipping has never been an issue when I did shop at BB, so all they've done is given me further incentive to not shop there. Horrible trade off TBH.

Free shipping is better than earning points which takes 2 weeks to appear on account and it is not a lot and very little to reach 250 equals to$5 reward certificate.

Never buying anything of value until they go back to 30 day return window.
I used to go to BestBuy weekly but can't remember the last time I was in there.

Ending the weekly ads and their Elite changes killed it for me.

Personally, I really want BestBuy to succeed. It pretty much the only big box store left where I can check out TVs on display, and get it price-matched to an online outfit to have it delivered to my home.
