I picked up the TV. I wonder if it is a used and repackaged one. Any tvs I bought in the past had a clear plastic film on the screen and came with remote batteries. This doe not have any plastic screen protector and no batteries. The tv was covered a white styrofoam and no was not in a plastic bag. There is two plastic 2" wide on sides of the screen. Is walmart trying to sell me a used and returned tv?

I just drove to walmart and checked this tv out that was on display. Was so dim compared to the LGU7070ZUE right next to it. Fully intended to purchase it but walked away empty handed when I saw how disappointing it looked on display.
