Mine was one of those but since I had put gas and oil in it they told me to keep it and refunded my money. Found a schematic to remove all the covers, cleaned the carb and it runs fine now. Seems to be that the fuel they test them on in China is garbage and leaves a thick varnish in the carb.

By looking at recent reviews, they seem to have a recent inventory of them that are junk and don't run right out of the box.
