Mine was one of those but since I had put gas and oil in it they told me to keep it and refunded my money. Found a schematic to remove all the covers, cleaned the carb and it runs fine now. Seems to be that the fuel they test them on in China is garbage and leaves a thick varnish in the carb.

Very good deal. If I haven't bought one already I'd be buying this one for sure. It's hard to find anything at this price point for inverter generator at 1800 watts.

This looks identical to my pulsar branded one, that thing has been a 100% reliable super easy to start treat compared to the last few generators I had.
It also delivers on the stated specs when my previous generators did not.
I use it every other day in the winter to keep my solar batteries charged.

I paid $250 for the pulsar when it was on sale a year or so ago, but this is the best price I've seen since then.

This is the sweet spot for portable inverter generators because you can plug any appliance that works with a standard 15A outlet into it. Too bad it shows unavailable.

The one I really want is the WEN 56235I. Little quieter, little lighter, little more fuel efficient, little more powerful, according to specs.

I'll probably stick with the cheap Sportsman from the previous deal.

I own one of this model. Definitely a good unit. Make sure you change the oil after 1 hour runtime, then repeat again for the second hour. Oil literally comes out looking like is has glitter in it. Aside from that, mine probably has 24 hours runtimes, and does a great job.

Seems to be regional. I was able to add to cart using a Virginia address but when I change it to my California address it won't allow me to proceed.

I changed mine 3 times every hour for the first three hours. You aren't lying about they shavings. I used a magnetic dipstick and at the first oil change it was covered in shavings.

Its prolly not CARB compliant, but then when they ban them in a year or whenever people will go out of state to buy non carb gennys anyways lol
