Bought a gift card and tried to apply it to an autoship order of Science Diet dog food and it just gives an "enter a valid gift card" error when I click apply. Used Petsmart's gift card balance checker and confirmed that the gift card does show $50. Hoping it's just a glitch with their website and will try again later today.

Just a heads up buying through their website with a gift card is really hit or miss. I tried buying something last week and kept getting an error, had to use my regular credit card. I looked it up and it seems to be a common issue.

It's very annoying when applying more than one digital gift card, told this to customer service multiple times, no help. Only work around is to log out and put all info in as a guest, then have customer service add the points to you account manually.

My petsmart GC that was bought from Lowes was compromised. I was out of the country but someone used it twice for a small amt and then cleaned up the entire card. Took a few calls ( was hung up or calls terminated ) before I managed to get to speak to someone who has submitted a ticket for lost fund. Waiting for them to investigate and get back to me.

Petsmart's web checkout regularly chokes on gift cards in my experience, although usually there's no error message—just re-blanks the entry box. The issue comes and goes, I've never figured out a pattern

Last year, Sam's Club used to sell physical cards:
PetSmart $100 Value Gift Cards - 4 x $25 for $79.99 with a limit of 5 per order. I ordered $500 worth of $400 and bought some in store. Only downside was that they were all $25 gift cards and you could only use like 3 or 4 for each online order. Out of stock for like 7 months now Frown
