I don't know how this is a deal. Kirkland has them for ~50 cents per pound https://eatwithemily.com/kirkland...mine-rice/

Not everyone shops club stores.

You're right. I only wish we had a Costco near us and with just the two of us, I'm not sure it is worth paying the membership fee for a Sam's Club or BJ's which are somewhat close to us.

We (my wife is Thai) buy the 25 lb bags of Good Value jasmine rice at Wallyworld for about $16 although the price has been fluctuating lately. If they are out, we buy the Elephant brand for a few dollars more.

I don't shop club/warehouse stores either, as I don't buy food in bulk. Thus I'm not super up-to-date on warehouse pricing. Thanks for all the comments in this thread.

I am single and I live alone. 25 pounds (or more) at a lower price is not really a deal. if you, your wife, and 5.7 children eat rice daily then this is a better deal.

Just curious why you use RO water? Do you mean the clean water or the RO refuse.

As mentioned by the previous post, some people don't need 25lb bags from Sams Club.

For those that are married to a Thai/Chinese lady, 25lb bags last only a month or two. 68 cents/lb is a steal at Sams Club. Sometimes not in stock, but it comes back in often. The wife gives the rice from Sams Club a big thumbs up in taste.

For people that hate math....
Amazon deal:
$2.39 / 2 lb = $1.20/lb
Target deal (with $10 off $30, and assuming you spend exactly $30):
$12.95 for 5 bags
$10 off/$30 = x off/$12.95 ... x = $4.32 off
($12.95 - $4.32) / 10 lbs = $0.86/lb
Sam Club every day price:
$16.88 / 25 lbs = $0.68/lb

I love money. I don't like rice that much, but it seems to show up in nearly every meal that my wife makes. Did I say I love money?
Asian household goes through rice faster

Sams Club has a 25lbs bag for 68 cents per pound. If you need bigger bags.

I have a BJs membership and I only go there for zebra pens that I use at work, propane, broccoli florets, and Persian cucumbers
