Oysters produce a lot of spores so if you have allergies I would avoid. Hard to not do indoors this time of year, unless you live in a warmer climate.... fortunately oyster mushrooms like cooler temps in the 60's.

They have some beautiful mountains, wish i lived there...I've been on the plains all my life.
