$280.50 after clipping coupon

Only the red is available in at this price.

Key features that stood out:
  • Miyota 8204 automatic caliber (hand winding + hacking)
  • Sapphire crystal
  • 200m water resistance
Seems like a great price on an ISO-certified automatic dive watch. About $50-100 cheaper than a comparable offering from Seiko.
If you purchase something through a post on our site, Slickdeals may get a small share of the sale.

If you're in the market for one one these but unsure you should check out Teddy Baldassarre's video putting this model up against the Seiko Turtle Prospex. He gives a great breakdown of the watch and how it stacks up. I love mine.
Which says a lot, Teddy always seems to forget about Citizen.
Great watch!

Great watch!

I believe one of his 'cons' was the price point, but thats from his required full MSRP perspective as an authorized dealer. At a price like this they're a real contender if you don't have a Seiko preference. I love Seiko and probably have a dozen, but I also have half a dozen Citizens. They're both great.

Even though the days of skx's bang for the buck are long gone and new seiko5 series are not cutting it for me. I gotta appreciate the decent deals on the automatic prodives. Thanks OP

I'm left-handed, so this looks tempting.

Why do they even make mechanical dive watches anymore? No actual divers use them anymore..

I mean, think about how many of the thousands of divers watches sold will actually be used by a real diver these days. They sell because they look nice.

Exactly. There wouldn't BE any dive watches if only divers bought them.

Mechanical or not, I haven't personally seen any diver use a divers watch in the past decade - divers use dive computers.

How many years do you think this would last without servicing?

Citizen says 3-5 years. I have a Fugu going on 9 years old, never serviced, still runs about +10 seconds per day. Lucky?

With all the "sport" products being sold, how many users do you think actually "play sport"? It's marketing 101, friend.
