The important thing is not the 1000 or 1200 mg, it is the omegas content. At 360 per 1200 pill these pills are not a good deal. To avoid the "burpy" ones try the ones that have the highest omegas per pill as the rest of the pill is just a filler which is the one that makes you burp. Costco has some very good ones with more than double the omegas per pill

The best ones I've found are the CVS pharmaceutical grade fish oil, even better than Costco.
Too bad the gelatin used is porcine. That makes it neither Halal nor Kosher. It's amazing how huge of a market share these manufacturers miss out on instead of resorting to vegetarian methods.
