Are these things noisy? Kinda thinking about using it for misting water to cool off in hot, dry, remote situations. Been waiting for a deal on the misting bucket fan, but getting impatient.

How prone to the nozzle jamming up? I'm hoping to spray a mist (slurry) of diatomaceous earth around the foundation of my home to combat everything exoskeleton.
