It's detergent. It's fine. Just put it in the washing machine. It's not a beverage. Don't drink it. Use it to wash clothes- not to wash whatever taste from your mouth. Laundry detergent.

Unless you're an expert, be careful before making a statement like this. For example: Na and Cl are toxic by themself but you can't say the same thing for NaCl.

Not fine, I have been using soap nuts for years, way better, way cheaper
