And as noted above, no speakers.
If you don't need ethernet in the display, and want speakers, rtings.com (great display review site) also recommends the Dell S2722QC, a USB-C 4K monitor currently $300 at Amazon:

One thing the U2723QE does that the P-series doesn't is you can connect two computers to it and a wireless KB/Mouse receiver and when you switch inputs on the monitor, the keyboard and mouse will follow, just like a KVM.
The P-series at the Outlet are affordably priced. This Ultrasharp version is a bit rich for me but may recommend to clients.
Should add that my MBP14 M1 can get almost my full Gigabit internet speed (almost 900 down) when connected to the P2422HE. Since the U2723QE is 4K and uses more bandwidth, that could be why speeds are lower.

The U2723QE does have USB-C 3.2 Gen 2 (10Gbps) but is that fast enough?

There were some quality issues with the U2720Q. I was a victim of that. I hope Dell has addressed those with this newer model.
This monitor looks good on paper and seems to have everything I'm looking for - 4K monitor with USB ports, ethernet, and 90W PD (there's no speakers but that's doable) but once you factor in the resolution, there's simply not enough bandwidth for gigabit ethernet. So that get's cut to USB 2.0 speeds and frankly unusable.
So if you need more bandwidth, the next logical step would be a monitor with Thunderbolt but they're shockingly few and far between. Lenovo makes one which seems ideal but is expensive at almost $800 and doesn't include a webcam.
The other option..... the Apple Studio Display. It's such a huge jump in price that it is simply not worth it. The specs are great and I know the webcam and speakers are far above average for a monitor but the lack of HDMI/DisplayPort makes it unusable.
Maybe this helps a little bit
The S2722QC is ideal for sharing your screen with someone next to you because it has wide viewing angles that make the image look consistent from the sides, and its excellent ergonomics make it easy to adjust. Unfortunately, it doesn't have a dedicated sRGB mode like the U2723QE, which means that its color accuracy isn't as good, but that's the trade-off you need to make with a mid-range monitor, and it's only a concern for photo and video editing.
