So sick of my Samsung...can't wait for it to croak again because I am done trying to fix the ice-damming issue. Is LG supposed to be reliable?
Avoid all LG refrigerators. They have the worst compressors in the industry. Google the most complaints and it's LG. Samsung is bad too. Top refrigerators brands are GE or whirlpool. I personally own GE and used whirlpool. Youtube service mechanics and they have to fix Korean refrigerators the most. Ironically LG makes one of the best front load washers and dryers with 10 year warranty.
Have this fridge for 2 years so far. Love it

I have a 4287HARS.. its still going strong after 10 years, the lack of space is what kills me. The way the door is set up, you just can't put anything in it, and altogether its hard to really organize the fridge. I've heard good things about LG fridges though

Looks great but reviews are very iffy especially on LG's site. Looks like there are issues with the door and leaks.

Yep! Our first one just went out after 12 years of use. Our replacement LG was just delivered yesterday.

This fridge seems to be on clearance or no longer sold in many places like Best Buy, Lowes, and Home Depot. The MSRP is a bit misleading here.

Note: The 26 cu/ft model is $500 cheaper: https://www.costco.com/lg-26-cu.-...60557.html

1.5 less cu/ft for $500 in savings? Done.

Have had two LGs. The first one lasted about 11 years before dying out. I have the instaview one w/craft ice and it's been going great so far. The instaview function is surprisingly useful. I like to see what I've got without opening it. And the LG Home lets you access some settings via the app
