I see the options but it won't let me select and proceed. It says "Before you make your choice, you have to make a purchase of $29 or more as a VIP."

That requirement was literally listed in OP... The person I replied to said they had to buy something, as in, right now to qualify for the free bag.

The issue lies with the browser for me on multiple iOS devices using Safari and not being able to checkout.

Had to use Chrome browser and that's where the hiccup that would not allow me to checkout. Using Chrome browser to checkout on my Mac was successful. Thanks SD!
