They were big in the 2000s along with Newegg for online ordering pc and parts. Now big stores like best buy have a website so everyone they kinda faded to obscurity. It is very likely that the prices listed for today was an error and orders may not be fulfilled. Who knows tho.

They have been around for a long time. They used to be in retail but changed to B2B. They had a blowout sale several years ago when they changed. Not sure why they are posting these apple products for almost half the price. They might consider turning back to retail and try to collect individual consumer info?

I can’t tell you why it is so low but look at my comment around how MacMall merged with Tiger Direct in 2020, and the experience I had with MacMall in 2014. I would avoid TD.
