I buy it because it's pretty cheap at Walmart and I like having the creatine already in there. It's good enough all-in-one post workout.
For all those who think this gives them "satiety" for appetite suppression and weight loss, studies show that lean meat gives more satiety.
For those who've already had a cardiac event and want to avoid a second one, or who have a strong family history of coronary artery disease or have high serum cholesterol - fair enough, stick with isolate for minimum cholesterol.
Afraid of "fillers"? What exactly do you think is in it, sawdust? When you buy gasolne, do you demand one with no additives because "purity" is somehow the ideal?
And btw, creatine these days costs more per gram than protein at this price. Prbly most every other ingredient does as well.
People who exercise generally want fast carbs postworkout for glycogen repletion - refueling the muscles. Or even during long exercise. Then again, sucrose has a high insulin index, which is also good for replenishing glucose and for getting muscles cells to absorb amino acids PWO. Whey and lean meat by themselves have a high insulin index.

I appreciate the info though, @Nuwskn. The more you know 🌈⭐. 😁
@LivelyWealth194, I forgot to thank you for sharing the deal! I always appreciate protein deals, even if they're not always for me!
I'm comparing to ON Gold that has 24g protein per 30g scoop whereas BF has 30g per 50g. Is that it? I understand ON Gold is one of the most popular, so baselining most other brands against it

If you only care about price per gram of protein then this should help.
Does anyone here really not regularly consume things far "worse" than maltodextrin? Be honest.
Kids these days eat ass ffs.
