As I mentioned earlier, this is a trial number no matter e-sim or sim. It's virtual until you decide to go with a real plan. No text back from Mint and you can't set up an account for it. Nothing wrong with your phone! 🙂

TMO customer service is not very good in my experience, . I was on 30 a trial for TMO's cellular home service. If it worked well I was considering using it long term but it did not work well for me (coverage issue), I returned the device in immaculate like new condition with all original packaging, within 10 days of receiving it.(tracked and confirmed by them) They charged my card multiple times and it took almost 3 months to get it sorted out.

Seems to have just died. It showed me the 30 day option, but (after entering my info) I never received the email with the promo. Now it only shows an option for a 7 day trial.

Oh well...

Good deal if Mint Mobile doesn't screw it up. I downloaded their app, signed up for the SIM on the app, they mailed it to me, I tried to activate it through the app with a new number, and that's when it went to sh!t.

The acitvation failed and I was told to call CS. Calling CS resulted in them activating a *7-day* trial with *1/4 GB* of data. When I pointed out to Mint Mobil CS that I was supposed to get 30-days with 10 GB of data they were very apologitic but said the best they could do was give me a $15 discount when I acitvated a paid line.

Obviously a $15 discount on something that I can't try out is pointless; I'll never have the opportunity to test the service out.

So they've managed to make a 50/50 possible future customer a 100% future non-customer.
