I have this one upstairs. If you're getting it for a kid's room and want to spend as little as possible, it might be a decent deal, but I wouldn't pay more than this. Picture quality is only barely passable, and that's being generous. Sound is about the same. Its redeeming quality is price, especially when you consider it has a Roku built in.
One thing that you should do when you set it up is to turn off power saving mode for each video source. The way you do that is to start some video playing, then press the * key on the remote. From there, select picture settings and change the mode. And remember that you have to do this for each input, including the Roku. It won't make the picture quality great or even very good, but it'll make it less terrible.
TCL has a decent looking 32" 1080p 3 series Roku set for a little more. Got one for my parents and they like it. Would trust TCL brand more as they are usually pretty solid. Price dips down to 150-ish on occasion.
Help people realize that it's better to wait and that buying TVs outside of BF pricing is silly unless you "absolutely" need it "right now". Which I would argue most don't
