I can confirm the $59 price on the 24V trimmer at some Lowes. 2/4 local stores have it for less than $70. Not on website or brickseek

Anyone see any pole saws on sale from Skil? Lowe's app list it at $199 but if I can find one for $100 or less it would be an insta-buy for me.

After having replaced my various B&D battery tools with Kobalt 24v over the last couple of years, I'm very happy they are refreshing the 24v tool set and keeping the same battery. If I didn't already have this trimmer and a few more batteries than I need, I'd be a buyer.

You hit on the key here, the batteries. I picked up this 24v trimmer for a neighbor as there is an extra 4 ah battery in the box. So 2 of the 24v ah batteries for $59 plus the trimmer. The neighbor was happy.

Lowe's changed their clearance items awhile back. Now they no longer show on BS or the in-store clearance price when you scan the barcode with their app, even when you're in the damn store. Very annoying.
