I have the same refurbished vacuum from the same sellee for about 3 years now. No issues. Still getting really good battery life. Only thing I had to replace was one of the seals and it was because family member was closing it incorrectly after dumping it. Worth every penny in my opinion
I bought a v6 from them about 6 years ago…worked like new. I bought a v7 a few months ago but the battery was trash and it barely ran. Return was super simple though and I got a prompt refund. I'm tempted by this deal.
I had a refurbished Dyson and it worked fine until it got water inside. I ordered a brand new motor for it and it works so much better! I feel like the refurbished version did not have as a good of a motor. Just my 2 cents.
I bought a refurbished v11, and I basically can't tell a difference from new if not for the plain repackaging box.

The hardwood flooring head does not unfortunately. Got this Animal version for $300 from woot last year and I believe that was the only head missing. It is pretty pricey on it's own it seems like.

But the supplied head is definitely, "passable", if you are looking for that.
If you can get it for $50, that's a great deal. For this particular model V10, Dyson site shows $130, but currently OOS. However, Amazon has the soft fluffy head in stock for about $110.
