I have similar powder coated steel furniture and live next to the bay. They were positioned under an eave sheltered from the rain. They look great first few months but the base metal got rusted after a year and the coating will flake off. I will never buy coated steel that claimed rust free again. I'll stick with aluminum furniture though it will cost more, but worth it in the long run.
