I would have loved to price match this for you, however I can see the product has Different model number at BestBuy the model number is CP514-3H-R2D2 and Costco website the model number is CP514-1H-R22H, you can see this information in the product description.

how is it compared to asus one on sale at best buy a while back?

if you return it, you still lose the shipping fee even if you buy it at costco?

Anyone know the exact weight? These ROCK for travel, but I usually get smaller screen .

Can anyone advise how much of an improvement if any going from a n4000 w/ 4gb ram to this Ryzen 3 w/ 8gb?

I'm amazed I've not found much in terms of comparison.

I'm no expert, but the Octane benchmark score for the N4000 chip is roughly 16,000 whereas the Ryzen 3 has a score of 35,500. (higher is better)

That, plus the doubling of memory from 4 to 8 GB, should make this Chromebook a significant upgrade.

This is a very good price for this Chromebook. If I didn't just buy a CB several months ago, I'd likely jump on this deal.

I've never seen it in store. The Costcos near me only carry one Chromebook usually, and it's a 14" HP with a Celeron N4500.
