1) It's a point-and-click adventure game, not a roguelike. It's the sequel to The Cat Lady and Downfall, although it can apparently be played without playing the other two, you would just miss some references.

2) It's totally fine for you to not like roguelikes.

3) It's absurd to say "Roguelikes are terrible games," when some of the most critically-acclaimed games ever, like Hades and Spelunky, are roguelikes (or roguelites, really). You should say "I don't like roguelikes" or "Roguelikes are not for me."

Have played through the game. Story wasn't as strong as the Cat Lady, but was captivating enough for me finish it. The voice acting in the trilogy is absolutely first rate and you can't go wrong with the art style and soundtrack of the game. Would definitely recommend to give it a go if you're into horror/psychological horror and puzzles.

Have played through the game. Story wasn't as strong as the Cat Lady, but was captivating enough for me finish it. While I agree that rougelike games are no fun (for me, but they are for a lot of players thus why there are so many) this is CLEARLY not a rougelike game. If you had spent one second to look at a screenshot you would have seen that.
