do not buy an MSI laptop
the 14" staples deal i got last year had nothing but troubles
bad drivers and lack of updates from MSI caused the audio to not work and there must have been some driver conflicts causing the system to occasionally freeze even on a fresh install
hardware scans and device manager shows no issues
memtest was fine... 16GB ram, 512GB SSD (only 30% full) was still struggling with basic excel sometimes when saving
past the point of return...
also when i tried to upgrade the RAM, the bottom cover is so thin and aluminum was so soft that you can easily bend it, not a sign of good metalurgy (im not expecting thinkpad level of magnesium blend of alloy but still, never seen a back panel bend so easily...)
