Not bad for a multi-config fiberglass 14 ft. Shipping was $55 for me so I picked it up in store.

It much more sturdy than similar ladders for its reach but not as sturdy as an extension ladder. Perfect for being compact and having a solid support when throwing bundles of shingles onto a first story roof or using two as temporary scaffolding for heavier tasks.
It is clunky and heavy for moving around the job site (32.4lbs). I'm never worried about it failing in A-frame position. If I'm moving around quickly in a room doing touch up paint, a lightweight A-frame ladder is preferred.
Warning: it can slide in the leaning position when a finished floor is covered in dust or a drop cloth. On unfinished subfloors and soil, it holds great.
As for the plastic squeeze mechanism, I expect it to hold up for a long time (I always grasp it closer to the base of the plastic to decrease leverage so they don't snap off someday.) If they ever snap off, I'm guessing it would be a pain to replace. It might be possible to operate the mechanism with pair of pliers.
