Now, if only BB sells the Magic Keyboard for $200
Yep...gear doesn't drop in price in perpetuity. It eventually goes End of Life.
The S8 Ultra is nice, but I want to get back into the ipad (i already have macbook and iphone). Does anyone know how much and where I can sell my S8 Ultra? They're only offering me $150 for it at the best buy website for this deal

I have never seen an apple device struggle with Ram so don't know if that's really needed
I like the tiny Samsung drives I referred to above because they're small, 256GB and fast speed. They do go on sale every now and then. $25 is the lowest I've seen the 256GB go for.

Depends on your use case. Do you have a large iCloud Photo + Video library? I have ~835GB of photos + videos, so if I want to synchronize full size images + videos --> 1TB comes in VERY handy. And I still have ~250GB left for other crap.
I'm upgrading from a 1st gen iPad Pro 12.9" which I bought on launch day, November 11, 2015. I bought the 32GB model, and after a few years space became a pain in the ass (as in, not even enough room for iOS updates FFS). I too have only really used it for YouTube, F1 races, reading PDF's, reading in bed, etc. etc.
Personally I would go with the 1TB. Better to have the space than not, but it really depends on your use case. What you expect to do with it now, and what you expect you might be doing with it in ~5 years (assuming you choose to keep it long term). With the M1 CPU, this thing is going to remain relevant for a LOOOOONG time. And if you go for 1TB (which comes with 16GB RAM), you'll be considerably "future-proofed". I went with the 1TB for the storage and the RAM. Having cellular as well is going to be great on trips out of the country! Local eSIM for the win, every time. F*ck hotspots.
