Yup! Just search for "Prime Rib Closed-Oven Method" on your favorite search engine... this is hands-down the best and easiest way to cook this cut.

Also, this is a fantastic deal. I buy 4 or 5 of them every Easter and freeze them so I can eat them throughout the year.

Additionally, the low price of $6.99 is extremely good... sometimes these Publix sales only discount it to $9.99. This cut goes on sale every Easter and Christmas.

I just saw a video on tiktok that explained to buy one of these and how to break it down into a lot of different steaks as well as extra for hamburger and use it the fat to make beef tallow. Might wanna look that up.

Reverse sear with a meat thermometer is more reliable, every oven is different with heat retention.

Slice it into steaks! Actually, first, I'd take one big hunk and make a prime rib roast, cut the rest into ribeye steaks, and if there are any bits left over, cube them up and make beef stew.

Can't go wrong with individual steaks, however this is tremendous on a smoker.

Smoke low (225 degrees) to about 125 internal, sear all sides, rest for 30 minutes, cut against grain and serve.

Hala sourced from any major beef supplier is make believe and only "certified" for financial gains. Publix purchases 99% from the big 4 suppliers.
