That air conditioner is gonna be a sweet deal. It may be only 8,000 BTU but it's a dual hose which makes it a great price. I've been keeping my eye on AC's for a long while now. I actually got that one specifically from Costco over the weekend and paid $473 for it. Gonna request a price difference when the sale starts.

Not really any reviews yet on this and I haven't taken mine out of the box yet since it's not yet the season but I've had different Hisense products throughout the many years and never had an issue before.

I recommend to anyone that doesn't know much about the different between single and dual hose and wants to learn, go watch Technology Connections video on Youtube about portable air conditioners. Very interesting and informative.
They used to be $49.99 on sale for $39.99, but that was for a pack of 6. Now, it's a pack of 8 and a better deal because the unit price is $6.25/brush head compared to $6.67/brush head for the old 6-pack.
Seems like the sales for 2023 are finally getting better, last year to 1.5 have been pretty bad IMO

I'd like to hear some feedback on the Mohawk Home Rigid Vinyl Plank Flooring that is on sale. Anyone here installed it and can recommend it?
I tried out both the Mohawk rigid vinyl and the Mohawk vinyl laminate. Bought one box of each and did a scratch test with key as well as water test.

Rigid vinyl wins hands down on the water test. The scratch test was the opposite. The wear layer on the rigid vinyl scratched away much easier than on the laminate and it was much more noticeable when it did get scratched. I really wanted to like the rigid vinyl at that price (same sale a couple months ago), but ended up not getting it. I also noticed the tongue was broken near the corners (broke off or smashed in) on a high percentage of pieces. I saw this over numerous boxes that had already been open in the store.

I don't recommend the rigid vinyl after my testing.

Pro tip - Avoid those Siete "grain free" chips at all costs if you have working taste buds. If you don't or can't taste, then the scrap bins at home depot or local recycling center can satisfy your cravings for free.

It's true they are grain free, as they contain 99% recycled cardboard and 1% old-wood sawdust thrown in for "flavor". Disgusting...

In olive oil... Great. There's so much olive oil fraud today that we can't be sure it's real, but it's a good start.

I was in a Costco store this weekend (Phoenix) and in store price is $1,899 regular and $500 off that from Apr 1-8, so much cheaper than online price. Other than that, I don't know anything about the gazebo itself. It is beautiful in person.
Having followed these Gazebos for a while now, I am thinking the one in the booklet is 12 x 16. Right now that is $2599 online so maybe $2199 after discount? That would be inline with last year's price. (It was $1900 after sale last year.)
The ones in the stores are all 12 x 14.

I was there tonight, I wanna say it was either $1499 or $1599. It looks great in-person, seemed like a good deal.

finally some items to look forward to;

korean bbq almonds - i love these 1:1 with unsalted
acai & blueberry balls - asian neighbor loves these
parm & regg (net price dependent)
pita chip - standard snack during sales
chicken eggrolls - major air fry payoff
chicken wantons (net price dependent)
tyson panko 5lbs (net price dependent)

btw, while i'm posting about costco anyway,
i advise people to shop around for eggs and
NOT assume costco is cheapest, it is not.
costco here is $3/dz while target is $2.2/dz
Walmart even less but I'm not sure about their eggs. They don't seem to cook right. Like plasticy

Really wish the Cascade Platinum would go on sale. It used to be on sale all the time, now it seems like only the lower tier Cascade Complete ends up on sale.

Avoid the snapdragon ramen... stuff isn't worth the empty calories.
