I would not trust this vendor as they're not even related to Dell.
They are, they are actually Dell Financial Services, which a wholly owned subsidiary of Dell. Having said that, they seem to operate pretty much independently, and I wouldn't buy from them unless it was an absolute bargain, for something that I knew I could definitely use and could repair myself.
IMO For laptops, these Refurb Dell Business laptops are still better than most personal laptops with same specs. Having said that, I bought and will only buy one with:
Intel i5 8th-Gen or better CPU
8 GB Ram or better - (upgradeable/ with extra Ram slot )
at least 256 GB SSD drive / upgradeable
FHD display (1920 x 1080)
Price - $199 under
And buy only from reputable refurbished sellers like this site, or from Ebay (newegg, etc). These sellers usually put better batteries on their items before selling. I actually prefer Ebay refurbished because of their 1-year warranty. But sometimes, I buy from here if there's an absolutely better deals.
I still can not find any consistent items that coupons apply to as well what is 149! please add direct link to items and some examples would be very helpful. I can not find on website a description to these coupons or what they apply to

On another note I did install Win11 using tiny Win11 on a 2010 Dell Vostro 230 (core-2-duo, 4GB RAM). It runs good with a $9 120GB SSD from TEMU. Using it for ad-free youtube using the ad blocker for youtube chrome extension to a 32" 720p TV. https://archive.org/details/tiny-11_202302

Agree with swechsler. I purchased a desktop and had the "Fedex" sticker. Mine was grade A but had some nasty looking scratches on the top and the front bezel. Note in the terms they don't grade the bottom and man did it show. Turned on and the smell that came out was so smoky. I opened up and it was covered in dust and definitely smells like it had been somewhere where someone was smoking cigarettes.
I contacted dell for a return and they said unless it was "functionally" defective there was nothing they could do. The rep told me I probably couldn't smell or was I smoking in my house!
I could return and pay the shipping and the restock.
I would caution not to buy.
All you have to do is take pictures and state it wasn't returned like described because your saying it actually wasnt.. Clearly is was not opened or cleaned, possibly just powered on. Request RMA through email not phone. If you dc don't get all money back go through CC company and show pics during dispute that it didn't look like they even opened it up.
