I called the clearancechair phone number on google maps and it was the phone number to titan/osaki. i spoke to a rep, emailed him the promo code to clearancechair.com and told him im local and asked for a discount.
He told me since that model is being cleared out, he can only give me a discount on the tax and give me white glove delivery since i am local.
I paid $1000 out the door and got the white glove delivery.
My point is, this is legit. you can call titan/osaki yourself. And if youre local, you can save on tax and get free installation in the room of your choice instead of curbside delivery

Wish they would just make a chair with an app so that you could do the programming yourself on your phone. for many of these the option is used one of the built-in programs or do very simple massages
The box was too big, and the driver offered a help without an additional charge. It was not a difficult job since there is no hassle for using a dolly. He also heled me to install it, so I tipped him 50 bucks. The driver is not an employee of CEVA but an independent contractor, so it must be good for both of us.

The chair looks nice. No complains about that. It's longer than I expected when flat. So you need at least 25-30 inches of space between the wall and the back of the chair.
I do hear a humming noise when the air compressor is running. Not loud at all.
For $1K. I like it.
