I added it to my existing Doordash account, which I previously redeemed a Chase Freedom membership offer on (expired a while ago). I also tried going through the co-brand portal and when I added the debit card there it told me I already redeemed my Chase offer in 2020 (that was the Chase Freedom).
It might let you do this offer on a brand new Doordash account, but it seems like it's one lifetime Chase offer per account, whether Chase branded or co-branded.
