The Roborock S7 has a scrubbing mop that can raise itself when carpet is detected, whereas the Roborock Q7 has the basic, fixed mop. The S7 has an upgraded electronic water tank whereas the Q7 has a gravity-based water tank. The S7 has the larger water tank of the two while the Q7 has the larger dustbin.
I still have my Mi Vacuum, and OG Roborock I had to purchase overseas. Who remembers having to set these things up through the Singapore page? It's awesome to see how far these guys have come.

Oh I missed it; there is a Q7 and a Q7 max...though sounds like s7 is preferred according above posts (though I found some average bad reviews on walmart [walmart.com]).
