These were $0.50/box just a few years ago.

I still can't get my head around how bad inflation has been over the last 3 years.
This is like regular price at Costco, and it makes the front page?
Only $0.83/box with max S&S. Not that great of a price

Yeah, when Costco puts them on sale is when I stock up, best reliable pricing. Been a while since the last one though

Most store brand Mac is around 50c a box regular price, unless you're picky about powdered cheese.

If you haven't tried GV mac and cheese, it is genuinely a better product than Kraft and is always 50 cents a box. There are a few store brands across the processed food categories that some how end up superior in taste to the name brand and sell for considerably cheaper. It's worth giving different types a shot now and then. Same thing for onyos vs funyons. Onyos are the superior product and are sold at a cheaper price.

Tom Thumb (albertsons) had kraft mac n cheese last week for 29 cents a box (limit 12 boxes per person). This is a pretty bad sale tbh.

Im 43 and rarely eat any processed foods. However, I make an exception for Kraft Mac and Cheese!!! Love this stuff. It's comfort food for me when it's cold, dark, story, home sick, relaxing. It's nostalgia Smilie

That and buttered noodles.

It only really went crazy after COVID. At first it was supply chain issues, then it was everybody continuing to raise prices just because they could. Record profits across most major industries between 2020 and now.
