This shredder was Money.com's "Editor's Pick" in December when it was a little over $100.

dont even think a bout feeding it 15 sheets of paper at one time. oh and if you do its not going to last very long as the plastic gears will break.
If your employer shreds stuff for legal reasons, just dump it in their shred bin. No one can tamper with it under penalty of law

Just bought this yesterday. I had an amazon basics 8 page shredder and it was very bad. I upgraded to a 18 page box store (costco or sams club) for around $100 and it was way better.

I'd buy a different brand but at around $55 (with the 10% off amazon credit card), the equivalents are around twice the price so I figured I'd give it a shot for home use.

I've been looking at shredders in the $105 - $120 that are probably better quality than this one. However, I'm not sure other shredders would last twice as long. It seems like shredders made nowadays routinely break after a short period of time, so maybe it's better to buy cheap shredders and replace them more often 🤔.

4.6 stars rating out of 5 stars from over 200,000 reviews. I will go with that many reviewers. Thanks OP. I have an old AmazonBasics Shredder that has lasted over 8 yrs and still going strong. I picked up this one for backup.

Sam's has a 12 sheet one for $60. Not sure this is better than that.

Seems like a functional shredder, but contrast the shred size with micro-cut options from the warehouse club in this price range: t 0.16 x 0.47 Inches

Good luck!

Their 18 Sheet version is awesome, minus the card slot, it shredded 30 bags of paper without stopping and was beyond what I was expecting. paid about $70 for an "Open box" for version last fall. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07R3FX...=UTF8&th=1

Great deal! I would recommend 5 papers at a time for durability! Usually these machines are not lasting for more than 4-5 years if used at its max capacity.
