I think the height of the internal frame of the canopy will be deciding factor.
I use it with a Coleman 13x13.
It works, but the top of this tent connects to the top arms of the canopy. Since the 13x13 ones are higher up than standard size ones, it's going to pull up the tent portion in the corners and cut down on the floor side. Almost suspending the edges.
To fix this, I got a multi pack of short bungee cables from the hardware store, and use those for the top connections between the tent and canopy. This allows it to sit flat.
I love this thing. I'm 6'3" and hate regular tents that I can't stand upright in. It's very thin though, so it's strictly for summer use.

Yep, see my description above. Using a canopy with an overhang will also help in case of rain, since this tent fabric is thin and doesn't provide much rain protection.

Bought one of these for our month long trip up the East Coast. Made sure I seam sealed and prepped it for the trip. Half way up I returned it after it leaking horribly during an average rainstorm. We had memory foam toppers on our air mattresses that ended up sopping wet. They are nice and spacious and fairly easy to set up but the leaking makes them a no go for me. Hope this helps
Clearly.
