This is a pretty good deal. I bought one of these directly from Aarke when the model 3 first debuted, and it's virtually eliminated soda and other sparkling water from my house. Also has helped me get more water intake that I avoided because I don't care for flat water. If you want to get the most of these, get a 5-20lb CO2 tank and refill on your own. Brings the cost of CO2 way down. Also comes with the bonus of never carrying needless water-weight from the store.

a better comparison would be against sodastream art. both are manual using levers to pump the gas. the difference is plastic vs metal, price, and overall look.
