Cheap, but the Deluxe Edition is kind of pointless as it's not much better than the base game, no Season Pass, no Ragnarok Expansion, and the gear is mostly cosmetics and/or things you'll find better stuff in-game eventually. The "Complete Edition" is, of course 3x as much money (I think it's $32 after the coupon) but you DO get everything. I'm waiting for it to hit $20 or so myself, as I already own the base game and there's no easy path to getting all the DLC components to match the Complete Edition.

Great game though, have 100+ hours into it.

I played part of it on the playstation premium. It has a pretty decent story and massive world. It really depends on well you like the other games. They promised a viking story and they delivered a viking story.

if youve played the other story lines you'll enjoy this one. It is heavy on the Viking history which really is awesome. It played similar AC Odyssey

Couldn't get it to work using the Ubisoft app for some reason, ended up going thru their website and checking out there, then it worked fine.

I got a lot of enjoyment out of it. Like odyssey, my largest complaint is that it's bloated. 60 hours just to do the main story, over 100 with sides missions.

I want to get it because I enjoyed the little of origins and odyssey but I'm finding I'm having less and less time to play games for extended periods. Maybe when its cheap enough for the complete edition I'll get it

Agree that if you liked Origins and Odyssey you'll probably like Valhalla. I found the combat to be improved in Valhalla with less level gatekeeping, and there are bosses and mini-bosses that are much more souls-like than previous titles, but I thought the map to be a letdown. It's still a fun map to explore but feels a lot more barren compared to the previous 2.

The game is really bloated though, I wouldn't recommend doing much side stuff unless you have a lot of time to kill. HLTB says main story is 60 hours, main+sides is 95+, and completionist 141 hours.
