Yes, restored, but a long and frustrating process via customer service emails and calls. Elevated to a manager level at Apple with the explanation that I believed the code was legit, and that I did not personally steal said code. (Had purchased from Eneba three times before without any similar problems, but the last incident was horrible. For me, absolutely not worth taking the risk again.)
Thank you very much for sharing the DP. I do agree the benefit is not worth the risk. Could be very stressful...

I fell victim to this as well. My iTunes and app store are permanently disabled and they will not tell me why. Who did you call or email to get the account back? Also, what did you have to say? They would not help and tell me the reason. They kept referring me to the TOS. Much appreciated if you could help. Im also I contact with Eneba so hopefully they'll help with a refund.
