If you have participated in a previous Dr. Elsey's rebate/refund, you will not be eligible for this offer.

I think you misunderstood that line. It's not talking about "where to purchase" but "who is eligible" to participate in this rebate. They don't want these entities to participate in this rebate because their goal is to hook new customers. Kinda similar to how many promos exclude people that have any business relationships with a company.

Oops! I most definitely misread that haha! In that case then a purchase from one's local pet store might qualify for the rebate nod

Is there a way to check if we've used the rebate already? I've bought this brand for years but can't ever remember doing a MIR

You could try submitting a rebate for any eligible purchase in the last 90 days. Worst case scenario they deny the rebate.

Too dusty and cats tracked it all over the house Was happy when it when used up--should've just tossed it.
For clay clumping litter BoxieCat Pro is the best I've found. Often on sale at Amazon.
