I have bought 4-5 of these in the past.
Functionality wise, A & B are the same. B may have some cosmetic imperfection on the outside. Sometimes they laminate the top lid to cover the imperfection. A often looks like 80-90% new, B often looks like 70-80% new.
These don't have good battery lifespan left, expect them to last 1-2 years. The ones that I bought often have between 60-80% battery performance compared to the new one.
Grade B with 32 gig Ram and 512 SSD & UHD For $411. wow.

$13 more than the 5530. Isn't this better? It has ethernet, 1 year newer processor, much better graphics. Though it only has 256GB SSD vs. 512 for the 5530

Intel Xeon E E-2276M (6-Core, 2.80 GHz)
Intel Core i7-9850H (6-Core, 2.60 GHz)
Which one is better? Is Xeon E-2276M better for choice? Thanks in advance.
