Sand Sled Rentals near Great Sand Dunes NP

My family will be visiting Colorado this summer and we're thinking about visiting Great Sand Dunes National Park. One of the activities that has come highly recommended is sand boarding or sand sledding.
There are a few places within 20-30 miles of the park that will rent you a sled for around $20/day per person, but most of them don't open until 9 and close early, so your window to actually spend time in the park is limited if you want to do just a one day rental. We want to get to the park early and spend as much time as possible. I don't mind picking up the day before, but a lot of the shops nearby close early and I haven't found any that offer after-hours pickup.
Any advice/help is appreciated.
